Can I customize my own package?

What's the difference between ordering a package versus an individual service?

In our packages, we design with the goal of creating a cohesive and unified look. The package is considered a larger project aimed at establishing a strong identity for clients who are in the early stages and may not be entirely sure what they need for their business. We have also put together a package price that is inclusive of the services within the package.

What are your prices?

Our prices vary depending on the service and package. The packages we offer have fixed prices, while our individual services have a different pricing structure. The price for individual services is determined after we have received all the information from the customer, which we then compile and result in a quote.

How long does the process take?

Most of our services are usually delivered within approximately 1-3 weeks from the start of the project (excluding SCALE-UP & UNICORN packages). However, the timeframe may vary based on the number of services ordered and the extent of revisions requested by the customer. In many cases, services can be completed and delivered even sooner than the estimated timeline.

How do I pay?

We invoice our customers digitally via email invoices. The invoice comes with a 30-day payment period and is sent out before the commencement of work. Customers are requested to provide invoice details after placing an order. Installment payment is not available as an option; however, we can offer our customers a longer, mutually agreed-upon due date on the invoice if requested by the customer.

What formats will my order be delivered in?

All services are delivered in formats suitable for both digital and print. This includes files in SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPG formats. If the customer has preferences for other formats, we can accommodate those as well. Please note that we only provide design for all services; printing services are not included.

What happens if I want to cancel or modify my order afterward?

In the event of a canceled order before the commencement of work, the invoice is voided. If the customer has already made a payment, a refund is processed to the customer’s account. In the case of a canceled order during the course of ongoing work, the customer is billed for half of the amount of the ordered service. Changes made after the delivery and approval of the final product are subject to a fee unless otherwise specified. No fee is charged for changes where the responsibility lies with Graphic State.
